The Autel 16,000 lb. Capacity Scissor Alignment Lift with Bolt-On Extended Runway (S16ALOR1TX) is an ALI Certified, heavy-duty flush-mount alignment lift designed for ADAS calibrations and precision alignment work within standard bay space. Made in North America for passenger vehicles and light trucks, this hydraulic system includes two 8,000 lb. air/hydraulic rolling jacks for powerful, versatile lifting. The open front and rear runway design improves accessibility, while bolt-on extended runways provide added vehicle coverage and stability. Double-wide reinforced runways with structural “Z” rails reduce sagging and flexing for more accurate alignments. Stainless steel front radius plates and full-floating rear slip plates with pneumatic locking ensure smooth operation, and UMHW turn plate pocket protectors help prevent paint damage and reduce maintenance. Low-angle approach ramps allow easy drive-on access, and a fixed front wheel stop ensures consistent positioning. For productivity, the system includes a center-mounted air outlet, built-in tire inflation kit at each wheel, rollback bars, and a shatterproof 24-inch LED lighting kit with automatic shutoff for enhanced under-vehicle visibility. The enclosed console houses a 220V single-phase power unit with integrated controls for locking and unlocking plates, plus an air solenoid and terminal blocks for communication with the Autel system. The lift features black runways and base frames, yellow ramps, and a red scissor with Autel logo labeling. A 1,000 lb. capacity floor scissor lift table is included. Warranty coverage includes one year on lift parts, five years on hydraulic jack parts, one year on lift table components, and 90-day coverage on wear items including turn plates, slip plates, air kit, and LED lighting kit. Built for durability and professional performance, this system delivers the strength and precision required for high-volume service facilities.
