Accepted Payment Methods
Triad Diagnostic Solutions (“Triad,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) accepts the following forms of payment for online, phone, and in-person orders:
- Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- PayPal (online orders only)
- Authorized Purchase Orders (for approved commercial accounts)
- Wire Transfers / ACH Payments (upon request for large orders)
- Financing Options (through approved third-party lenders; subject to credit approval)
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Timing
- Orders placed through our website require payment in full at the time of checkout, unless you have a pre-approved commercial account with payment terms.
- For purchase orders, payment is due within the terms agreed upon in your account approval (Net 15, Net 30, etc.).
- Orders will not ship until payment has been received or authorized.
Taxes
All orders are subject to applicable state, local, and federal taxes, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided prior to purchase.
Tax-exempt customers must email a copy of their certificate to [email protected] for verification before placing an order.
Pricing & Currency
- All prices listed on our website and in quotes are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Triad reserves the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors and will notify customers if such an error affects their order before processing.
Security of Payments
Our online checkout process uses secure encryption (SSL) and PCI DSS–compliant payment processors to protect your financial information.
Triad does not store complete credit card details on our servers.
Declined or Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails for any reason:
- The order will be placed on hold until the payment issue is resolved.
- We reserve the right to cancel the order if payment cannot be processed within 5 business days.
Financing & Installment Payments
Financing may be available for select products through third-party financing partners.
Approval is subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider. Triad is not responsible for financing decisions, interest rates, or payment terms established by these providers.
Fraud Prevention
All orders are subject to verification and fraud screening. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
