This policy enhancement reinforces Autel’s commitment to providing customers with the highest level of product performance, technical support, proper training, and access to essential services such as TCP (Total Care Program) renewals. By ensuring tools are sold through trusted and authorized channels, Autel is helping customers avoid issues related to compatibility, support limitations, and voided warranties often associated with unauthorized sellers.

Autel remains dedicated to delivering exceptional value and long-term support to its customers by maintaining a transparent and reliable distribution ecosystem. 

Effective immediately, distributors are prohibited from selling Autel products to the following companies due to multiple distribution agreement violations and these companies selling Autel tools originally intended for overseas markets which do not receive technical support, training or TCP renewals from Autel N.
