Return Policy

Before returning, customers MUST participate in a registered online training seminar.
Tools cannot be returned for credit under the 30-day guarantee program due to manufacturer defects or software licensing issues.
Registration of software to the customer’s name/business must be removed by Jaltest or Autel technical support by the 30th day from initial registration before return.
Inspection of the tool by Triad before full issuance of credit is required.
Returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RMA) from Triad and must be included with the return shipment.

To be eligible for a return, please keep in mind that:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost if the return is not caused by the product quality or our fault.

To return an item to Triad, you can contact us at first. And please also include the details of which item(s) you would like to return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once we have received the return, we will inspect the item and you will receive an email when the refund has been issued.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective products

We package our shipments so that they arrive to you snug, safe and secure. If you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. During the checkout process, the website will automatically free shipping for orders to the US delivery address, of course, you can also choose a faster shipping method for an additional fee. Shipping methods and charges for orders in other regions will be displayed during the checkout process. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you choose, item availability and when you place your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Triad can not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO military addresses in the United States.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Tools containing batteries are subject to shipping restrictions that limit the number of batteries that can be included in each shipping box. Orders for multiple tools with batteries may be shipped in multiple shipping boxes to comply with carrier shipping restrictions.
