The Hino DX3 diagnostic software supports all Hino trucks sold in the U.S. and Canada from 2005 to the latest model year. It requires a compatible interface such as a Jaltest Data Link or Nexiq USB-Link with a 16-pin OBD2 connection.
Jaltest software delivers the same features and diagnostic power as Hino DX3—plus integrated troubleshooting—without the need for multiple OEM tools.
Hino DX3 provides essential diagnostic functions such as reading DTCs, running active tests, monitoring system data, and performing component calibrations. Advanced functions like injector coding or DPR resets only appear when supported by the specific ECU and system.

Note: If ECU communication fails and no DTC is stored, a System Fix must be completed before continuing with diagnostics or calibration.
